Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Product Purchases

What types of payment are accepted?

Credit Card orders can be placed via e-mail and billed through Pay-Pal. You do not give us the credit card number, only to Pay-Pal (We send the bill via e-mail and you pay Pay-Pal directly). You do not need a Pay-Pal account for this. E-mail us with any questions about this method.

You may pay by personal or business check or money order (U.S. Funds). Please mail to us the completed “Order Form” along with your check to the address on the form.

COD orders are not accepted at this time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If the products you order are in stock, we will ship them as soon as your check clears our bank: usually within 1-5 days after we receive your order in the mail. Within the U.S. you should receive your merchandise within 3-5 days of shipping. International orders may take as long as 3 weeks. We strive to keep all products in stock at all times, however if the items you want are backordered it could take one to two weeks to ship.

Will I be notified about the status of my order?

We will e-mail you as soon as we receive your order to let you know if your products are in stock or backordered and when you can expect delivery. However, to do this you must give us your e-mail address on the order form. Please read our “Privacy Policy” regarding our policy of never sharing this information with others.

How much is shipping?

We will ship via the USPS (Post Office). Shipping and Handling will be calculated based on your order’s subtotal.

We try to keep our shipping rates as low as possible.
