Your privacy is very important to us! To better protect your privacy we provide you this notice explaining our information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

The Information We Collect

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted to RC-Mfg. On some of our web pages you can now, or will be able to in the future, order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected on these pages include:

The Way We Use The Information

We use the information you provide us with when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete the order. We do not sell, rent, or loan your information to anyone without your permission.

We use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Product Information

Product Warranty: We warrant our products to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year. If, within this one-year period, one of our products fails due to a manufacturing error, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Simply return the product, along with a copy of your original order confirmation or receipt, and $5.00 to cover the shipping charges back to you. Liability

Notice, we shall not be liable for any incidental and consequential damages, directly or indirectly sustained, nor for any loss caused by the use of these products not in accordance with their intended use.

Our liability is expressly limited to replacement of defective goods. Any claims shall be deemed waived unless made in writing to us within thirty (30) days from the date it was or reasonably should have been discovered.

Defective Returns

If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Defective merchandise should be returned directly to us for warranty repair or replacement.

Damaged Returns

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse delivery. If you have already accepted the delivery and then find shipping damage, please call both the US Postal Service and us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the USPS and us, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
